Who We Are
FerrulesDirect.com is the online store of Miromar L.L.C.
FerrulesDirect.com will not resell or distribute any customer information. All information collected is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is transmitted via Secure Server.
FerrulesDirect.com's orders are shipped FOB Origin. We offer our customers the following shipping options:
Prepay and Add: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Blue, 3rd Day Orange.
Collect Shipping: Customer must provide a valid UPS Account Number
**Free UPS Ground shipping applies to credit card orders placed through our website. The promotion will be automatically applied to all orders totaling $49 or more. No promo code needed. You must purchase a total of $49.00 worth of merchandise net of applicable discounts and before sales tax is applied. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

FerrulesDirect.com accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover) and also processes COD orders. There are no minimum orders with these two methods of payment.
For customers who prefer to pay on a net 30-day basis, we have the following requirements:
Customer must provide FerrulesDirect.com two credit references and one bank reference. Upon review of such references, FerrulesDirect.com will approve or decline customer request.
Minimum Orders: $25.00. For orders totaling less than $25.00, FerrulesDirect.com will apply a $10.00 processing fee.
Customers with more than 30-day past due invoices will be placed on COD or will be asked to pay with credit card.
All products must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by FerrulesDirect. Please contact FerrulesDirect (703) 421-2805 and request an RMA number from a representative.
A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all unopened packages returned to FerrulesDirect and a credit in the resulting amount (exclusive of shipping charges incurred by FerrulesDirect) will be issued to customer.
Products returned without proper RMA number will be rejected/disposed of by FerrulesDirect and no refund/credit will be issued.
Tooling (hand operated, automated): we offer a 7-day return window from receipt of order by the customer. The unit must be free of any wear and must be returned in the original packaging with all related accessories, when included. We feel that this is the ample amount of time for our customers to review the tooling to ensure it works for their application.
To qualify for our return policy, all products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, with RMA information as noted above.
Ferrules Direct will not except returns on the following, but not limited to, products: starter kits, custom kits, clearance items.
Products Liability Policy

Blanket Orders Disclaimer
FerrulesDirect will gladly accept orders with multiple dates. However, FerrulesDirect cannot guarantee that the requested items will be available on the date(s) specified in the blanket order. Since FerrulesDirect is an online store, product availability fluctuates greatly from day to day, thus making it impossible to forecast what items will be available on any given day.
Miromar L.L.C., d/b/a FerrulesDirect (hereinafter referred to as FD) warrants that its products are free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty does not cover misused, altered, neglected, carelessly handled products, or products used for any unintended purposes.
FD will replace, at its option, any product found defective by customer within a reasonable period of time. Replacements for such defective products will be made at the expense of FD.
FD shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or any other costs which may occur from the purchase or use of its products. No other warranty (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is expressly made or implied. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions on implied warranties, and in those states, the above limitations of an implied warrant may not apply.
Contact FerrulesDirect Customer Service department to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number before returning any goods covered by this warranty. This warranty provides specific legal rights and other applicable rights in some states.
