Product Description Heavy duty, high leverage compression crimping tool featuring adjustable, revolving crimping die ranging in size from 6AWG (16.00mm2) to 250MCM (150.00mm2). The adjustable die allows for quick and easy size change, thus reducing downtime.

Crimping Applications:
Selecting Crimping Size: Open tool's jaws by pulling handles outwards. Turn knob counterclockwise until the crimping die wheel rotates freely. Rotate crimping die wheel until the desired size is located. Turn knob clockwise tightly. Crimping Instructions: Strip the insulation off of the wire to a length where the wire will fit all the way into the terminal, but with no bare wire showing outside of it. Slip the terminal into the connection to check the strip length. Place the terminal into the crimping tool in a die appropriate for the terminal to be crimped. Place wire into terminal and make sure it goes all the way in. Squeeze crimping tool's handles until the crimping cycle is complete. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
