DIN RAIL FOR TERMINAL BLOCKS
G-type DIN rails (sometimes referred to as J-type) are named for the shape of their cross-section, and feature a deeper recess at one side compared to the other.
The deeper of the two outer channels on a G-section DIN rail is usually positioned at the lower edge when the rail is panel mounted. This mounting position offers additional support for heavier or higher powered components you may wish to attach.
