As the situation surrounding the outbreak COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) evolves we are monitoring and following official guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), health officials, and industry partners to ensure we are acting in a manner that ensures the highest standard of health possible.
Since we support healthcare companies, government agencies, and electrical/power infrastructure organizations, we are an essential business and will remain open throughout these uncertain times to support our customers.
We will continue to adapt our operations as needed during this outbreak. Here are a few things we have already implemented:
- Relayed important information regarding the outbreak status, as well as prevention to staff and suppliers.
- Enacted measures in our processing facility to ensure limited person-to-person contact.
- Maintained daily communication with manufacturers and suppliers on how the outbreak is impacting operations and how we can help and prepare.
We continue to maintain normal operating hours from our facility here in Sterling, Virginia. Customer service staff will be available by phone/livechat to help with orders. In stock orders will ship without disruption. If you encounter an out of stock item, please contact us for a delivery timeline.
Currently we are not taking any walk-in business from our local customers. You may contact us by phone to schedule a “contact free” curbside pick-up.
