Do you have a minimum order?
For credit card orders placed via our website there are no order minimums. We also offer Free Shipping over orders of $100 for the majority of our items.
How quickly will my order ship? What is the processing time?*
We at Ferrules Direct pride ourselves on shipping over 90% of in stock orders the same business day as the order is received. Orders for in-stock items that are received Monday through Friday by 3pm EST, are shipped the same day. Custom made items, calibrations, and larger freight orders require additional handling time.
What are my shipping costs if I place an order?
Ferrules Direct offers FREE SHIPPING for the vast majority of orders over $100.00 within the United States (lower 48). Bulkier items such as enclosures and conduit are excluded from this promotion due to the size and weight. We also automatically calculate freight costs by adding items to your cart and selecting “Calculate Shipping”. We offer UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping.
